Add new collections (new directories)

If we want to manage markdown data as a new collection, we need to modify _config.yml.

collections:
  tabs:
    output: true
    sort_by: order

In Chirpy theme, it adds the collection ‘tabs’, and make users order it using ‘order’ attribute.
